Skill and fitness levels
Every one of our rides requires varying levels of skill and stamina. Some are designed for beginners to improve their bike-handling skills and fitness whilst others are aimed squarely at the more accomplished mountain biker looking to test themselves on more demanding terrain or explore new areas of the country.
Please ensure that you check the suitability of our rides before booking. Do remember that grades are still just an indicator, and if you want to discuss your suitability for a certain trip please drop us a line.

Fitness levels
Generally most of our weekends involve you being able to ride at least 25 miles a day in order to get the most out of the experience. Some routes can involve quite demanding terrain and consequently we have graded each of our routes to match the skill level of our trips.
