Mountain bike courses and instruction
Is your bike the equivalent of the school-run-4x4? You may have a bike that can obviously do so much more, but are you sure you can?
Our beginner's courses and mountain bike instruction days have been specifically designed for those just starting out in mountain biking. Run by our MIAS Level 2 qualified leaders, these mountain bike instruction courses aim to equip you will the neccessary skills and confidence to tackle off-road terrain comfortably.
Our easy-going rides offer advice and instruction on riding techniques across a wide variety of carefully chosen trails. This is combined with straightforward advice and guidance on basic bike maintenance in a relaxed and informative atmosphere.
No off-road experience is necessary since during the course, you will benefit from first-class instruction by a qualified mountain bike instructor, developing your skills alongside people at a similar level and great off- road riding at our excellent venues.
