We will then contact you via email to confirm availability and send you an invoice for your chosen activity confirming all the details you have given us. You may pay either in full at that time or pay any deposit specified. The balance will be due no later than six weeks prior to the start of your activity. Payment may be made either by cheque or online through Google Checkout.

Please note:

You must wear an approved safety helmet whilst cycling with us on any of our trips, without exception.
Holiday insurance which covers mountain biking is recommended for all of our UK weekends. We recommend Sports Cover Direct, further details of whom are available here.
